YACsters Shine in Thinking Out Loud Competition
Congratulations to the 14 YACsters whose artwork was displayed at the Carl Cherry Center for the 2023 Thinking Out Loud Regional Art Competition! It was great to see those who stopped by for the reception and admired all the beautiful art on display. A special shoutout goes to Lily, Ava, Samar, Emma, Nona, Ruby, Casey, Lucia, Michael, Charlie, Iris, Wanzhi, Iphigenia, and Sam – we couldn't be more proud of you all!
After the show was judged, two of our YACsters placed in the competition. Wanzhi received 2nd place, and her artwork will be featured on the back cover of the Cherry's poetry book to be printed in May. Iris received 3rd place, and her artwork will be printed inside the poetry book.
