The show runs through September 2022, and you can view and purchase new artwork from YACsters. Many of these pieces were created during our ARTathon so be sure to view the show when it goes live if you were curious about the outcome!
ARTathon 2022
YACsters and their mentors are about to spend 12 wild and wacky hours of art making—drawing, painting, sculpting, and throwing clay, plus several mini plein air walk-abouts. We will be posting regular photos and videos—evidence that we in fact are doing a ton of art and honestly having the best time.
We’ve done this signature fundraiser for 18 years because we believe in YAC. It also happens to be THE traditional rite of passage for our YACsters...which many of them have sorely missed these past 2 years.
Friends and family are invited to follow us on Facebook and Instagram, cheering us on with donations and comments. Traditionally much of the art done during ARTathon is exhibited in our upcoming Summer Art Show opening online next month 7/22, and at the following two open houses.
BIG THANKS to all of you who are already sponsoring our YACsters and mentors for the upcoming return of ARTathon!
We will be accepting donations up to and throughout the event. Please let us know you are with us in spirit...online, or catching us wandering around Monterey with sketchbooks.
Pop-Up Valentine's Show
Welcome to YAC’s Pop-Up Valentine’s Show. It is made with love, and brought to you by fourteen YACsters who insisted on a Valentine’s Show. (This may also mark the beginning of YACster driven pop-up shows in the future.)
The exhibit is up on its own wall in the gallery, and also online. It’s a fun show and a perfect place to buy an original art piece for a Valentines gift at a reasonable price.

There is a tremendous air of excitement in YAC studios these days. A lot of new art has been created for our annual Holiday Art Show. See for yourself at our virtual opening and help celebrate these YACsters and their bright futures!
Starting Nov. 19, go to yacexhibits.com and wander through the online exhibit and its individual YACster pages. Be sure to watch their charming 1-min videos as they introduce themselves and their art. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to purchase affordable art for holiday gifts and at the same time support youth arts in your community.
As always, a YAC art show is an exhibition unlike many, with something to move, surprise, and/or tickle just about everyone.
