Artists Supporting Artists at Carmel Art Association

A wonderful thing happened last week. Forty Carmel ArtAssociation artists donated pieces to an auction to benefit YAC - and raised$15,000 in one evening! Never before have this many generous artists cometogether in one night to support our young artists. What a remarkable show anddisplay of generosity. And a great mentoring example to our YACsters.  Pamela Carroll and Sally Aberg were ourmaster coordinators. Our Board pretty much handled the rest (as well as ChloeWilson who is both one of the CAA artists who donated and on staff atYAC). And finally, thank you Will Bullas for such kind words in yourintroduction.
