We cannot thank
Lilify enough for hosting one class act of a sold out Edible Art Dinner to benefit Youth Arts Collective.
Applause and deep gratitude goes out to featured chefs extraordinaire Ben Spungin, Yulanda Santos, and Ron Mendoza, and
to
Bright Coffee and
Pierce Ranch Vineyards, photographer Anna Howard, of
Anna Howard Studios,
Patricia Giffen for the fabulous signature cocktails …and most especially to Hanni and Jesse of Lilify!
What a memorable evening!

The dinner, wine, coffee, cocktails were all so delicious. Served by a team of six YACsters. The chefs then presented their magnificent dessert interpretations of chosen YACsters’ art. Chef Ben Spungin of
Post Ranch Inn had interpreted YACster Oliver’s “Nerdy Fish”. Chef Ron Mendoza of
Revival Ice+Cream took on YACster April’s “Stuck” as a prompt. And Chef Yulanda Santos of
Aubergine interpreted YACster Michele’s “Into the Woods” triptych.
And then we all ate them.

Original blackberry artwork, created by YACsters and mentors of YAC, were given to each guest in attendance, along with
take home treats from Lilify of blackberry-sage jam, juniper sugared shortbread, homemade marshmallows and Big Sur chocolate. We are so grateful to all of the talented, generous participants and to the lovely group of guests in attendance for making this magical evening possible.
