An Evening to Benefit YAC!

The Board of Youth Arts Collective is delighted to present an evening at the Carmel home of Landscape Designer + Contemporary Artist Bernard Trainor. On Sunday, September 23rd, beginning at 5:00pm, we welcome you to explore Bernard's majestic, multi layered garden, and become acquainted with his abstract expressionist paintings, while listening to a live jazz trio. The fare of renowned Chefs Yulanda Santos of Aubergine at L'Auberge Carmel, Ben Spungin of soon-to-open Alta Bakery and Cella Restaurant at Cooper Molera, and Ron Mendoza of Monterey's beloved Revival Ice Cream will be served by our YACsters, alongside award winning wine from Monterey County's Pierce Ranch Vineyards. In addition to the exquisite buffet and passed dinner, the pinnacle of the evening will be as the three Pastry Chefs present dessert - edible 3D interpretations of Bernard's paintings! After dinner coffee service will be provided by Cafe Lumiere. Youth Arts Collective young artists, with the support of Pacific Grove's Imagine Art Supplies, will present original artwork inspired by California flora and artisan shop Lilify will enhance the evening with event design inspirited by the setting and surroundings. Most importantly, this event directly benefits the courageous and creative work of Youth Arts Collective. Tickets are available through Youth Arts Collective either by calling 831.375.9922 or visiting our studio at 472 Calle Principal, and it would be our greatest compliment to have you join us. $150 per person, $75 tax deductible.
