The Village Project at YAC!

We were so thrilled to have The Village Project come paint at YAC last week! We do outreach with The Village Project twice a month but this was the first time they got to come to our studios directly! The Village Project is a fabulous organization based out of Seaside. Their mission is "to help our communities reach a greater state of well-being by strengthening families through the delivery of community based culturally specific services," and they offer a wide variety of services including counseling, an after-school education and cultural enrichment academy, Cal-Am treatment certification classes, grief counseling, African heritage pride school, plant propagation horticulture program, and much more!
