Part of Fishing 2014, Sea Changes ACT is a California based project. Fourteen artists and scientists create innovative motivators bridging technology, art, and science for community action. Led by artist Kira Corser, they address climate change, plastic pollution, and sustainable fishing. Marcia is one of the artists in the exhibit.
