Saturday, February 6th is the opening reception of ‘For the Love of Art’ a Monterey County-wide art competition and exhibition for high school juniors and seniors at the Carmel Art Association. We are so proud that nine of our YACsters – Grace Russell, Steven Sicat, Liam Headley, Kia Moya, Nikki Azerang, Lizzy Loh, Taylor Jani, Cami Morgan, and Iain Anderson –will be showing their fabulous artwork. All their pieces will be for sale! Come see the work of 74 student artists representing 19 high school organizations, the opening reception is from 5-7pm On Dolores Street between 5th and 6th, and the show will be up through the end of the month.
