For a while I fell out of love with art. I felt like there was no point in the practice. But times have changed and YAC helped me grow out of my shell! I'm testing out new mediums and expressing myself now more than ever, I feel like the opportunities are endless. I've recently dabbled into oil paints, and I'm really enjoying the freedom and just how forgiving they can be. They teach me to be more precise and think ahead before I make my next more. I've also been trying to include more commentary into my art pieces more, specific topics and emotions that I hold dear to my heart. I love that I can create something that is truly unique to me while also telling a story.
