I mostly create art to give myself something fun to do, and I find that it helps with my anxiety. I also have maladaptive daydreaming so it’s good to put a face to the OCs I’ve made for myself, as embarrassing as it sounds to say. My favorite medium is digital since it’s what I’m used to and I find it to be the most flexible and easy for me.
