YAC artists take center stage in a brilliant showcase of animated, illustrated and voice-over works. These vibrant pieces offer a glimpse into the minds of the next generation of industry creatives!
Dive into worlds where anthropomorphic animals sport braces with style, H.G. Wells-inspired extraterrestrials crash land, and love blossoms between a wolf and a deer. Immerse yourself in quirky, unforgettable character-filled universes, relive the magic of your favorite canceled animated show through imagined new seasons and join a carrot and his bird friend on a muffin-making adventure. Your new favorite works of art are available for purchase, so you can take home a piece of the fun!
The Casa Gutierrez Community Art Gallery project at Monterey State Historic Park was selected in 2023 to be the recipient of one of the non-profit Parks California “Arts in California Parks” grants. The purpose of Arts in California Parks, is to “support artists, culture bearers, California Native American tribes, and local communities in creating artwork that offers perspective on our past and present. The program will establish art installations and programming in State and local parks. Through Arts in California Parks, we aspire to the well-being of all communities and park visitors, creating an environment where the magic of art and culture, and the natural beauty of parks converge.”
Youth Arts Collective is a nonprofit art studio and mentorship program for motivated high school and college artists. Our mission is to inspire creativity, kindness, and confidence in our youth through artistic expression and mutual respect. Do art. Be kind.
