Hi, my name’s Emma Grace.

I am 17 years old and a senior at Seaside High School.

As an artist, I am inspired in creating different mediums of art. I also want to create art that calls for participation of the audience and I want them to feel the same amount of love for my art that I do.
YAC is an amazing place for me, it’s a space that I get to use my creativity and turn it into art. The reason why I love art is the step by step process of making the artwork, it makes me so happy and full of life whenever I sit down and start sketching. I sketch at home, in my room and between classes right here at Seaside High School. I like to sketch, paint and make ceramic projects. I am trying to advance my skills and YAC is helping me do that. It is an amazing place where I get to make art every day, I have great mentors that teach me so much and helping me advance my skills. I hope to be as great as them one day and eventually become a mentor myself.
