Raven Cook

The past few months I’ve wanted to start doing pieces of work that would fit into a series. I have had so many ideas for series in the past but have never brought any of them to fruition. I’m changing that now! I’ve started this series that I’m calling, ‘Life Recently’ and I’m excited to share the first two pieces with you, ‘After Hours’ and ‘Letting Go’
I’m excited to dive deeper into this series and to have a body of work that revolves around the same theme. From living my day to day life, casually capturing the things I do, places I go, people I spend time with, how I feel and small moments that are otherwise meaningless to others but are meaningful to me is what this series will be about.
I want to give a shout-out to Meg Biddle - thank you for always inspiring me with your many series of work, I’m finally starting one of my own!
