Vaness Valenzuela-Berumen

Hello my name is Vaness. I am a 3rd year at CSU East Bay and my major is Art and Japanese language and cultural studies. My favorite medium is oil painting. I mainly paint landscapes of my hometown and the Monterey County.

YAC means a lot to me, because I’ve been a member for 4 years! I’ve meet amazing friends at YAC and inspiring mentors who support my goals and dreams. This Fall semester I will move to Hayward. I am going to miss attending YAC, but I will always bring their kind words and advice with me wherever I go and whenever I paint.
