When I look in the mirror and imagine what kind of person I want to be, I imagine only a life of artistry. I wish to be kind and persevere in a craft that creates space for others to feel seen. If I can repurpose things that would otherwise be disposed of in a way that creates an impact, only then may I feel content. Art gives me purpose and support that I would otherwise be without.
