Inspiration for art can come from many places, mine happened to be from the buildings that surround us. Architecture has been for a very long time, a passion and expression of art for me and just recently, I’ve been able to use ceramics to express this at YAC. I thought building the iconic architecture we see everyday in Monterey would be a great idea, not only to represent my community but express my passion for architecture.
