I started at YAC 3 years ago, and since then I have grown immensely as an artist. I mostly work with watercolors, clay, natural materials, and much more, but my favorite medium is oils. Recurring themes in my art include nature, symbolism, grief, and animals (especially dogs). My preferred style is realism because it pushes me to ground myself and capture seemingly insignificant tiny details that can ‘bring a painting to life’.
